Amway ranked No. 1 direct selling company in Ukraine

2025.03.27 | Amway | Press Release

Amway was named Ukraine’s No. 1 direct selling company at the retail sales level for 2024[1], which affirms the company’s leadership position and its development of entrepreneurship in the country. Amway Ukraine saw a 10% growth rate – an incredible achievement, especially in light of the country’s complex economic situation.

Amway has invested in Ukraine for over 20 years, developing its entrepreneurial ecosystem, providing people with opportunities to build their own businesses, and offering high-quality products that support a healthy lifestyle and wellbeing. Amway Ukraine’s success mirrors Amway’s ongoing position as the No. 1 direct selling business in the world.

Jon Voskuil, Managing Director of the Amway ESAN (Europe, Southern Africa, Australia & New Zealand) region, said, “We are thrilled to see such growth in Ukraine and to know that Amway is making a difference in the market. We are so proud that our unique business opportunity offers Ukrainians the chance to achieve personal success through entrepreneurship.”

Healthy Lifestyle and Wellbeing Drive Dynamic Growth

Amway Ukraine’s No. 1 position is the result of in-demand products and solutions promoted by enterprising Amway Business Owners.

While Amway has been part of the health and nutrition industry for decades, its modern portfolio, which addresses today’s healthy lifestyle and wellbeing global megatrends, is
a critical factor in Ukraine’s recent growth. Customers trust Amway’s compelling product solutions, including Nutrilite ™ health support, nutrition and wellbeing products; innovative skincare and makeup products from Artistry™; and clean water from eSpring™.

Amway Business Owners introduce these on-trend products and solutions to their markets, bringing to life the organization’s mission – to help people live better, healthier lives.
In Ukraine, they are doing this – and driving significant growth – while forming resilient communities and adapting to the country’s new realities.

Long-Term Commitment to Ukraine

As part of Amway’s overall commitment to social responsibility, it supports several education, entrepreneurship and social integration programs in Ukraine.

Voskuil said, “At Amway, we have a responsibility to use our strengths as a company to make the world a better place. We genuinely care for the communities we serve, and we are especially proud to support Ukraine’s quest for a better future.”

Since 2023, in collaboration with Spundbond, Amway donated nearly $450,000 USD, with an additional $40,000 pledged for 2025, to support Ukrainian medical and educational institutions. For example, in 2024, Amway provided Lubny Intensive Care Hospital with new equipment for an emergency operating room, as well as a new wound therapy designed to expedite healing – improving the quality of medical care and enabling hospitals to treat more patients. Also, in partnership with Spundbond, Amway provided a sports school in Borodyanka, which was heavily affected by the war, with equipment, uniforms, and supplies to support athletes pursuing football, volleyball, tennis, and boxing.

For its support of Ukraine, Amway was honored with the Seldia Astra Award in the Positive Impact category by The European Direct Selling Association, which recognizes the company’s commitment to creating meaningful change.

[1] Date validated: 10 February 2025. Methodology: GlobalData researchers and analysts assessed the total sales of direct sellers in the Ukraine for the calendar year 2024. Sales value is assessed at retail sales level, which is the amount end consumers pay for the products; it is not wholesale or manufacturer selling prices. Direct selling is the sale of goods and services to the end user outside the usual retail locations through the individual presentation of goods or services. Direct selling often involves independent sellers, distributors, consultants, or representatives.
